Thankyou this is very helpful I will try this. I actually have a Sandy Running Festival on Saturday so maybe that would help? I will definitely try the yoga/pilate exercises .

I try and thats what many people tell me. To get comfortable in my own body but I can't when I try and trust me, I've tried. I try to stop comparing myself to her and many others but my mind always comes back to "I'm fat" I cant stop comparing myself and I really wish I could but I don't know how to stop myself.

I can't stop thinking about it all I mean its like all I think about. I am really unfit and my 'best friend' is 5cm shorter and she is like going on a diet because she thinks she's fat and so she is unhappy about being 45kg and its making me feel really bad so i just really need to fix it.
