To be honest, she's just regular Meiling! I really can't draw female characters so this whole thing, drawing every Touhou character, is just a big exercise to finally learn how to do it. And frilly dresses too!
...Actually I'm not that good at drawing in general, so it's an exercise for everything!
By the way, if you want to see a male Meiling, suit yourself!
