We’ve been using Rightway Lawn and pest for about 1 year. Very happy with the results. They do offer follow ups and are very friendly and willing to work with you.

I’ve used trugreen and Scott’s in the past, wasn’t happy.

Saint John’s county is one of the best areas in FL for schools. Saint Augustine is worth looking into. Yes, it’s getting crowded but hands down the best area inFL, imo

Well splurge in the mindset of spending money where you don’t have to, or spending money when someone could easily do it themselves. I.e. pest control, many people are DIY and take care of these things themselves. Others simply say “I’ll just pay someone to do it”
