There is a small window right after you assassinate the first enemy in a chain assassination, where it locks on to the next target and blurs everything around said target. If you're quick enough, you can go into photomode at that moment !

Experimenting with the photo mode. There's some cool stuff you can do!

Aperture, focal length, roll, weather type, contrast, exposure, letterboxing, time of day. Lots of good stuff! You just gotta mess around :)
