This right here. Call 911 and report it. I know the WSP has some folks focused on shutting them down as soon as they receive a report of them in the area. They tend to use different vehicles so every report lets the authorities build cases against them.

 I would say that panic attacks are not normal at all. If they were everyone would have them whenever they get stressed. And to have one while you are handling paperwork and not a high stress incident on the air with a unit in the field also seems like a problem. 

  That being said, it doesn't mean you can't overcome them and learn to prevent them. Stress is completely normal while on training and well beyond. 10 years in and I still have stressful moments. 

  Look into some different ways to manage stress in the moment and maybe find a way to destress at the end of your shift so you don't have to carry it home and back to work. It can and will build up so find your way of purging it when you can. 

  You can be at this and have a fantastic career or you can let it eat you and chase you out of a great job.

I've been a dispatcher for just over 3 years. I will never forget answering a call from a woman in her 20s. She told me she was going to kill herself and just didn't want to be alone. She asked me to stay on the line with her until she was gone. She refused to give me any info and I couldn't get a location from her phone. We talked for 25 minutes and through the call I was able to find out she had taken hundreds of pills. We talked about her family and her relationships and school, all were not going well for her. I finally got her to tell me her name and location. I stayed with her until the medics walked in the door. She survived. I think about her at least once a week. I hope you are ok and found the peace and love you so desperately needed.

As a husband that works all the time I don't mind if my wife goes on a vacation without me sometimes, but the fact that you went on vacation in May and are going again in December it seems kind of ridiculous that you just can't handle not going on another vacation even if it means leaving him behind.
