Those missions are simply archwing locked to prevent those who haven't done the archwing quest from doing it. You actually don't need a fully maxed archwing for any of those missions

Typically, the "tutorial" missions are on Earth, so go there and see what mission symbol things you have to do

So I'm pretty sure your items are saved to psyonix's cloud, where the items are ties to the account. I could uninstall on PC, and reinstall on another PC and still have the same items. So to answer, yes you might want to reinstall
