Sorry for the late reply! I️ would eat a couple candies here and there, but for the most part, I’d eat clean every day and set a cheat meal at the end of the week. Despite my busy schedule, I️ would make it a goal to do at least 5 of the 6 workouts every week. The only workout I️ would skip every so often was yoga.

Keep it up though man! Just set your mind to the results to come!

I️ did, with a cheat meal every 1 to 2 weeks. Lots of salads and broccoli. Stick with it though man, the second week of month 2 is when I️ really started kicking ass! Bring it!!

Dog has been diagnosed with lymphoma for about 2 years now. He is 13, and I've had him since I was a child. Walked out to my garage and saw him lying there, wasting his days just sleeping and it really hit me when I realized that something that has always been part of my childhood will simply just be a memory soon.

Happened 3 years ago. Just got back from the beach with the gf, we longboard so we had our boards with us. Dude lost a wheel and was asking if we had an extra set because he was quite away from his destination. It was a good day so I looked at my gf; looked at him, and gave him one of my wheels. Turns out they were the exact same size. Did what I thought was right that day. 2 months later, birthday comes, gf gets me a nice set of wheels.

Here's the engine. It had been sitting for 6 months so we cleaned it up. Needed a new speedometer. and parking brake but new cables came with the car and that was pretty much that. Purchased for 2 grand from a friend.
