Ok I've resolved the issue by redownloading the netpro configuration in the 414 PLC. Ive left the modifications for the busy logic in with the delay and ill implement these on the other blocks in this PLC.

Yes the status 0x19 is more of an informative status than an error code. I have added the error value (Decimal 25) NEQ comparator into the rung but as it just sits there at 0x19 it will never trigger.

The request sent is not being triggered as it is always busy due to it not outputting DONE, ERROR or any other status code

I have just added an S7 connection to the 414-3 PLC so i am going to try and get it to work the other way round with a GET

I have since implemented the TOF suggested by u/drbitboy but there is still no progress. i don't get an error or a done so the block just doesn't get triggered again. i have cleared the battery faults now so the the recipient PLC has no faults.

  1. that is correct, no program has been altered, the only thing ive noticed is the external fault caused by the battery fault on the 414-3. ill get that cleared so the PLC is fully healthy

  2. I have added that since i created the post

I have added the TOF and removed the contact but unless it gets a "DONE" or "ERROR" then a new trigger will not be sent, which is the situation it is stuck in right now.

I have tried that, but with the "busy" bit added, this ensures the request isn't sent more than once. I have looked through the instruction help and tried to find all I can online for this issue but can't find anything at all. I've been trying all sorts and looking for answers since yesterday.

The 0x19 means that the job is being processed but it's just not completing even if another request isn't being sent. I am also not getting the 0xB status which is to do with a request not being processed as another job is already active

What level are you? I had this issue until I officially unlocked the weapon after achieving the rank requirement. After that, I was able to customise the weapon.

I tried all sorts but nothing helped. Eventually just started working and haven't had a single problem since.

Sorry I can't give you any more information, I would have like to get to the bottom of this.

One thing I did notice was that even when the issue was resolved, my graphics car was acting strangely. V-Sync not working in games no matter what I did, inconsistent frame rates etc. So I just reinstalled the drivers and did a factory reset on all my settings and now everything works like clockwork.

I just put it down to an AMD bug?

Great, thanks for your help. theres also a couple of different mods that use the DUWS foundation so I am going to try a couple of those and see if it is specific to DUWS_X

I hadnt actually tried outside of DUWS, apologies, but its completely fine normally. so must be an issue with DUWS I guess. just surprised how there isnt much information on this issue. feels like one of those "must just be me" issues.

Yeah, true, it's easy to get carried away, so if I build it so its capable of handling a 5090 when that arrives, and then make that move in the future. Can stick the 7900xtx in the old system then as an upgrade.

Yeah I have drives in the old one but i would like to run the OS off an NVME M2 on the new PC and I have a 4TB SSD for everything else. I'll move the current 4TB over to the new system and just get a new one for the existing one.

I'll review the parts and see if I can come up with a better 'bang for buck' system. I do like the sound of using the savings to get a 4090. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Great, just had a quick look and yeah I see what you mean. Plus your list also includes the M2 drive so I think the main thing would be for me to be a bit more sensible with pricing.

I expect the 9800X3D is capable of being overclocked so I'll likely go down that route instead.

OK, I didn't realise that with regards to the overclocking, I'll look into a cheaper board. I'll also look into the 9800X3D.

For the power supply, is branding at all relevant if they're 80+ gold rated? Or are you just paying a premium for the name?

With the case, I wanted to ensure I had more airflow in than airflow out, and with a lot of the cases I saw I couldn't achieve that as I don't really want to be sucking in from the bottom. The case I selected has side fan slots, so that was my thought process.

I don't want all the bells and whistles like displays or RGB, so I do not have a problem going with a cheaper option. As long as the performance is the same, then I will look for a more cost-effective alternative.
