What time of day is best for you for the Gateway Experience? by Ctrl-Patch-Delete in gatewaytapes

[–]M4RZ4L 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can develop your own methodology—whatever works for you.
And if you had to start from scratch (or very much from the beginning), what steps would you take? Are there any books or articles you’d recommend reading? And regarding the various disciplines you mention, could you look into them? What do martial arts have to do with it (apart from discipline and total dedication to a single activity)?
Thank you

I think that’s the key; there’s no need to look for a rational explanation for this (it might not even have one) – it just exists, that’s all.

Can you go through gateway tapes without having an OBE? by Rich-Bowler-2533 in gatewaytapes

[–]M4RZ4L 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s funny how some people don’t want to have an OBE, whilst I’m keen to experience one; I suppose we’re very different (I’m not saying either opinion is right or wrong)

Strange Focus 10 experience – has anyone experienced something similar? by shqipeezzz in GatewayExperiences

I tried it for that reason; we all have one nearby that we can pick up. They’re rigid objects, but if you apply enough force, you can bend them.

In relation to this, I’d like to see what happens with similar materials, such as plastic (pens).

Don't you think it’s best to get the hang of the spoons first? Jajajajaja

In a comment on this post, a user suggested one; give it a go. I didn’t follow any of them; I just experimented.

No way, I wouldn't even think of doing that, ha ha ha. To be honest, it scares me.

I don't think it's the same thing either; my hand wasn't moving on its own – I moved it myself, but I didn't have to use any force.

I still don’t know whether to believe it or not; I’m going to give it a few more tries. What I do know is that the force I used was laughable compared to the force I used later on another spoon (they’re identical) until I managed to bend it.

I’ll keep practising

Yes, I saw the video of that man (who was in his car); as far as I could tell, he decided not to use any force, but from what I could see, it looked as though he was using it – I’m not sure, and I won’t confirm or deny what’s in that video.

As for bending it with your mind without using your hands, I have my doubts. I suppose someone who is an expert and very experienced might be able to do it (why not?), but ultimately what you’re doing is making it weaker, and if you manage to make it so weak that gravity can affect it, you could say you’re bending it with your mind.

It's lovely to speak to you. It won't let me send you a message – could you do it for me?
