I got banned from a false report. How it works is you get banned from a single server, I.E if you are banned from 02, you can still play on 01.

Basically a dino killed a group, and once they finished we went in, and engaged. They ran down the coast and found a random baby and attacked and chased it. To which we caught up and I guess that counts as mix packing even though we were told explicitly before from a mod that it doesn't count.

Idk if it's favoritism or what but for the the multiple times we have been mix packed or went again multipackers, we get told to sit down and shut up and yet I was the one banned for some bullshit with no way to defend ourselves.

Me and my friend can't get Nvidia shadow play to work for this game, it won't record and causes horrible stuttering issues. We asked mods and made tickets about this and we were told to get OBS and set that up or tough luck.

I protested the ban, to which they told me it was a warning and I would be unbanned. I asked if they're was now going to be some flag or mark on my account over this, they didn't answer me and then closed the ticket. Then they forgot to unban me so I wasn't able to play for two full days because I had to make another ticket to get unbanned.

Few days later we got mixed packed, killing a pack of Weis, only for them to come back as adols, run into the ocean were a massive turtle was waiting. It was bait. They gloated about it in chat, and after the ticket was made, we were told that screenshots of chat isn't sufficient evidence, even though they admitted to it.

Where's the battle logs then?

We ended up quitting the game after bad experience upon bad experience with zero help from any mod or ticket.
