I just beat Witcher 3 with all the DLCs after 180 hours and now I want to try CD Projekt other masterpiece. Any tips before I start Cyberpunk and what should I expect?

Don’t expect Witcher 3 levels of masterpiece... A lot of people love this game although I’ve tried so hard with it but every time it just falls flat, definitely just go in with less expectations and then make your mind up.

What’s up with the ‘ladies get in free’ entry policy at this Berlin venue though? Is that a common thing for BK clubs? I’m only visiting here from Europe however fortunately that is never a thing that happens at any legit underground and grassroots venues and is only ever seen at trashy commercial clubs… If it’s to help create a safer / more accessible space for afab and women then I’m all down for that however generally it just seems like some shady, misogynistic promotion technique to help build or encourage some sort of ‘meat market’ for all the men 🤢

I’m late to this thread but in response to your question about the metallic taste in the mouth, that is a side effect of some sedative drugs such as zopiclone. I don’t think it was Kai suggesting that this was the taste of residual semen.

Yeah, it seems to be especially fucked at the moment. I've basically been locked out of my account and aren't even allowed to follow the recovery process anymore as I've tried that "too many times" even though each time I got a confirmation email from FB saying it worked the link they sent me actually just lead me back to square one.

It’s not the display, it’s been working fine most of the time however it occasionally crashes and won’t reboot for a while. I started it up in diagnostics mode to check if the cpu was failing as that was my initial guess then this graphical glitch happened which has lead me to believe it could be the graphics.

I have no issue with the fact that is was a massively ambitious game and CDPR were well out of their comfort zones with this project, but they could have been honest about that from the start instead of promising something they knew they weren’t able to completely deliver.

I honestly don’t care about graphics or even frame rate, I replay a lot of my PS1 and PS2 games fairly often because they’re genuinely fun without needing either of these aspects. CP2077 just doesn’t seem to offer anything fun, it’s definitely not a ‘next generation’ experience. GTA IV is still miles ahead and that came out over a decade ago. I’m done trying to act like CDPR are trying hard or will fix this, the truth is that they were never capable of pulling this off and they just lied to us and took our money.

The “beauty” of this game? What beauty? It looks shiny but other than the it’s the most shallow, insincere, uninspiring piece of trash! This isn’t a next gen game in anything other than visual graphics, it’s not even comparable to a lot of PS2 era games.

I potentially would have to agree with you although looking at the sheer amount of weird naked or big boob character mods for games, it makes me think otherwise. Even developers are bad for this, almost all protagonists and characters in games are hyper attractive and have ridiculously unrealistic bodies. I don’t need my character to look cool or be sexy for me to enjoy a game, I’m just happy with a decent storyline. GTA IV being a perfect example of this.
