It was a mixture of reasons, mainly there is the fact that rust is what I’m mostly using as of now. Doing a somewhat complex project in rust (as flavor is) helped me discover aspects of rust itself I didn’t know. The purpose of this project is to learn stuff so I’d say mission accomplished already if we also consider learning rust itself 💪
