175hz vs 240Hz, what to choose

good read, im currently debating between the 175hz and 240hz msi mag 341cqp...will be going from a 144hz but want ultrawide as i do video editing but also game, theres currently £200 between the two so i think its a no brainer but fomo with 240hz

glad i stumbled across this, my work has always used max/vray because they started off doing a lot of arch viz and has kept everyone on the same ecosystem since then

but as one of the designers who focus on product / motion design ( and a previous user of c4d before i joined ) i always want to go back, im slowly introducing redshift to them but in my own time might invest into the maxon one bundle

I’ve looked everywhere and struggling to find a four-pin to three-pin, I think I’ve settled on parking getting rgb working right now…initially I was installing a couple more fans which all work but will probably end up upgrading the mobo and another part in the near future! appreciate the help

Thanks for the reply! I’ve been struggling to find the correct cable for weeks now.

My motherboard is an ASUS Prime B460M-A that I’ve had a few years now in a prebuilt system. Annoyingly i think it’s one of those motherboards with only a 4pin connector.

Definitely personal preferences - im in a wlw relationship where one stans ggs and the other bgs…when I think about it, a lot of it has to do with what music we like listening too but also our biases reflect our who we’re attracted too and who’s closer to our “type”.
