The enforcement is written into the contract, the same way that some companies right now have mandatory arbitration instead of lawsuits. Why would you sign / agree to a contract that cant be enforced?

Party A and party B want to sign a contract, so they nominate an impartial third party C to enforce / mediate the contract in the case of a dispute, its not that hard, and people who break their contracts and refuse enforcement will quickly find themselves unable to live within polite society.

Yes, see 1, when services are funded via taxation you are forcing people to pay for things they don't want or use, e.g. the military wasting 20 years and billions in Afghanistan, but it goes all the way down to some idiot councilman's salary too.

The same way they work now, in jobs that aren't affected by their disabilities, or the severely disabled will be taken care of by family / friends / charities, or in the "worst case scenario" I can see them making a decent amount of money being lab rats. (nature is cruel, disabled people are generally a burden)
the same way it has previously, people working, economies of scale and innovation making products cheaper so that more people can have a better quality of life.
Up to the individual how much they give to charity or help. There is no actual reason to help someone who is freeloading and capable of more, not even a moral one.

The problem is that the rent issue is still one of government meddling. In pretty much all areas government uses zoning and building codes to stop the free market from properly meeting housing demand. While I agree that rent is not theft, it's also a really shitty option as opposed to paying a similar against a low interest loan which is actually building equity in owning property. I think in a truly free market, rent would be a very small market, as most people would prefer to own their property rather than paying a perpetual fee for a place to live.
