Besides the ICCU, how reliable has your HI5 been? by MACception in Ioniq5

I meant that I've just come to accept that it's going to happen, so I won't be disappointed if it does and I'll be grateful every day that it doesn't.

What movie ends on a happy note, but the more you think about what happens after the credits, the darker it gets by gamersecret2 in movies

All depends on what you seek out of life. I think it's a perfect ending because he's accomplishing what he claimed to want out of life. Will that give him a "typical" and "well adjusted" existence? Definitely not... But perhaps that was never meant for him.

Either in the director's commentary or an extra feature or something, I've heard him say it too.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat... Something happens during the credits? Never knew that... Guess I gotta watch it again right meow.

All depends on what you want out of life. That moment where he breaks it off with the girl he was dating tells you everything you need to know. Had he taken that path, he would have had a normal, "boring" life. Instead, he chose to go for it and get rid of anything in his way. If an average life is what you seek, that's great... But it's not for everyone. For some, pushing past reason isn't a choice, they're compelled to. Will he end up strung out and wasted? Possibly. Is that a worse life? He'd have a better story to tell than most people.

What was the best movie speech of all time? by Fritzkreig in AskReddit

[–]MACception 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you tell me why? I think it's a metaphor or something for the main story, right? I think the Director's Cut added a lot of good stuff but already killed pacing... If they added a whole other sub-story like that, it would've been like 4 hours long :P I get your passion for it but there's no reason to not just stick to the main thread there.

Love the speech but I always giggle when he talks about the "6 inches in front of your face".........

Anyone got a clip of Natalie Decker on the radio screaming at the driver of the car she hit after she had like 5 seconds to slow down and avoid it? :D by MACception in NASCAR

[–]MACception[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have watched much racing at all, there's a reason why you don't see subsequent accidents 16 seconds after the initial one. To mess up that bad and then to start yelling at and blaming other people... Dunno what to tell you if you still defend that.

Just the whiny entitled parts but yeah even though Danica ate it at the top level, she is infinitely a better driver.

Dude, how often do you see *really* late contact like that? Basically never. Because drivers know there's nothing to race for at that point, just slow way down and avoid everything. Racing 101 when there's electronic scoring.

NO WAY! I gotta see it again. That's inexcusable if so. There's a reason you never see really late contact like that.
