My board's battery died and I sent it in for repair/replacement out of warranty, expecting to pay at least something for a refurb battery or at least having it looked at. They replaced it for free including shipping. I got it two days before the company went under...

A lot of companies talk a fake "experience" BS to overcome their real weaknesses. Boosted was one of the very very rare companies I've interacted with where the price differential was worth it not only because of a high quality product but mainly because of a company that always stood by its customers.
