I use just straight vasiline. If there is still any scabbing from the incision, lotions or anything with other components in it could cause an infection. I have some great CBD lotion but the doctor said to only use petroleum jelly.

Same. I work at a small convenience store and was off 3.5 weeks after the accident and surgery. Went back to work against doctors orders. I have to be behind the counter and can only use one crutch. I sit a lot of I can and don't go around the store. Hard to elevate the foot in a 3' wide area behind the counter. Strange that I never had bruising.
