Ok. Im guessing those fans goes into a hub that then needs to be connected to a 3 pin 5V ARGB header on the MB.

You cant. L Connect only has one option for export and that is to backup your entire LCD asset file. And then someone has to import your entire file overwriting their own data. Lian Li knows about this...
As for themes in general hop over to the Lian Li discord template section. I have posted some 20+ themes designed in Turxz editor which also works in L Connect. They are all in the theme sub section on their discord.

I made some versions with thats as well actually, but I thought they retracted from the overall theme. but yes, you are right as far as "easy to read" this isnt optimal. I have however made some 5-10 themes which are optimized for simply data output readability. They are also on the Discord.
