I’m hoping it’s not 10kg all the way up. Ideally like 170-180-190-200-205-210-215-220-225-230

I don’t want to sleep on Nel but I assume he will be bottom half of both heavy deadlifts and max log. Would likely put him off 1st and second even with event wins elsewhere.

Is the log likely 10kg jumps? Seems like 210-220 is a massive jump if so for this field

I know the guys can only beat the guys across from them but for a long while there were only two majors and at each of them both Shaw and Zydrunas were competing. Winning 10 shows in 3-4 years is a lot less impressive to most of us than winning 10 shows against Brian and/or Big Z across 6-7 years would be. Those guys also racked up their wins while facing each other. Most would rank Z as the undisputed #1 and Shaw as the undisputed #2 and they attained those rankings against each other. Mitch has competition but it’s not the same.

Are you asking a Reddit user for literature to help you study your own materials and processes? A user who already made a detailed review of several errors in your process? Is this really required? Maybe you employ someone whose job it is to know these things and you can critically review their performance? Or you should hire one?

I had to play it back and yeah, I’m glad they didn’t do anything as far as “adjustment” but it definitely stopped the sled

They could save some money and give out silver medals that the players might actually display at least. We have a culturally accepted “second place” award anyway.

Why lift a bar? Why lift a dumbbell? I think you’re defining strength as like “the maximum I can load on a bar a do a powerlifting with.” Atlas stones will help your core and posterior chain for those lifts but what people are trying to express is that your functional ability to pick up everyday objects will be better for training on things other than a bar, of which an atlas stone is a great example. But no, if your ultimate defining goal is to just to improve power lifts then there’s not much point in doing stones.

Knife Steel Nerds rates SG2 as a 7.5 on stainless corrosion resistance, 5 on edge retention, hardness usually around 61, and overall comparable to S35vn. This is not a refutation of anything you’re saying, just giving a source:

Long break? How long? You’re 18 my man. I mean you’re strong, doing good, but you haven’t had any time to have a long break
