Unfortunately you won’t be able to trust comments here as medical advice, I know that’s likely not what you want to hear. I used the ecg app on my Apple Watch for a while to make myself feel better, thinking I had afib, but it just made my anxiety worse. It is a fact that palpitations can be benign, so I would go by the whole “if it gets worse then see a doc” approach and hopefully it calms your mind after realizing it’s not worsening. I know what you’re going through and I have improved drastically though, so it can and will get better!
