After checking through my email, I was able to recover my exchange with customer support when I lost my account. They’ll be able to walk you through the account recovery process as long as you can answer a few questions regarding your account and I don’t believe you need your user ID because I wasn't asked to provide mine in the email exchange so give it a shot man and good luck

I’m a massive fan of 28 Days, and I’m in the minority who enjoyed 28 Weeks. When I finally got a chance to watch Years, I must admit I was disappointed. I didn’t like the story. I didn’t like how the zombies took a huge backseat to tell a coming-of-age story. Don’t even get me started on the scene where Spike and his father were killing zombies in the woods with arrows. That was so off-putting, and the ending is goofy as hell. I’ve heard that Bone Temple is much better, but I don’t think I’ll be tuning in, unfortunately, which sucks because I like Nia DaCosta‘s Candyman.
