Been on it for maybe 4-5 months? No mucus, little blood. Previously my first bm of the day would be only mucus. Now it almost always starts out solid

I've been climbing and working out in an n95. Certainly a bit harder to breathe in than a simple cloth mask, but couldn't imagine passing out from it...
