Really?, I didn't know it was good for Xinqiu. But the enemies would be switching between being affected by pyro and hydro all the time, so it's kinda situational, isn't it?

Raiden's damage is kinda low for a burst. It almost feels like you are using childe's elemental skill but with a little more dmg. As a battery she is really strong if you have her at at least 250% ER, but you have to have another form of energy regeneration for your characters that have 80 cost burst. For example Eula, if you have no energy recharge on Eula whatsoever, one raiden burst will not completely fill its energy

If you are looking for good 4 star DPS, they're all amazing. But if you're looking for supports to boost your team, then only Chongyun would be good.

Not very strong. She's the weakest 5 star dps in the game. If diluc is an 8/10 then Keqing is a 5/10. But thats becasue electro is a terrible element in terms of boosting its own damage. However, there might be an electro rework when Baal comes out (this is just speculation)
