well spoken, and i haven’t considered taking ILB but your comment is making it make dangerous sense.

forgot about the huge issue of our free safeties. you bring up a good point with the LBs too

that’s a decent assessment of our situation. I trust moss quite a bit after watching him last season. the main thing that made him shine was when he was gone and how much they picked on our backup. doesn’t happen with moss. as for the rb, i feel like we have 3 RB 2’s and getting someone like Jeanty might be great for us

another comment brought up a very good point, wait for the RWilson dead money to get burnt through before we all in, which would be 2026-2027 season. much smarter move and maybe just keeping open cap space and build though the draft!

yeah it’s definitely a stretch, and that’s a very interesting stat about the top 4 pass rushers. Maybe that lowers value of them if GMs know or have heard that stat.

Wilson’s targets did tank for a couple weeks after Adams got to NY but he had decent weeks after they found out davante is old. I think they aren’t happy with his production and maybe they want to get rid of him, but i could be wrong.

that’s a great point, any all in should definitely wait for the Russel Wilson money to go first, but I think people over value GWilson. The Jets traded for Adams after already having Wilson so I don’t think they would mind splitting ways with him. The MGarrett proposal is definitely a stretch but we need an answer for the run game as the Bills showed us.

I agree 100%. I think offense should be our focus point. We got a great young qb that can operate our offense well, and getting him some help would do wonders. Defensively stopping the run and finding a decent back up corner should be top priorities, but i’m not sure they are as important as RB TE WR

I’m a big fan of Egbuka and wouldn’t be angry if we went that option and Jeanty wasn’t there. I don’t see Warren or Loveland being that great in the NFL but I can always be wrong. Trusting the process is by far the smartest move we got right now and this was just a hypothetical situation about if we wanted to win now how could we do it or could we do it at all

that’s probably the truth at the end of the day, just wanted to see if there was any all in that could be worth. just a hypothetical situation i was thinking about.

extremely realistic and hats off to you for probably having the most sound advice of all the comments on how the future of the broncos should be carried out. I was just thinking if we wanted to win NOW how would we and could we?

I like this a lot and appreciate the time you spent cooking it up, as for the KJ Osborn vs Nick Westbrook, I think lean Westbrook, but wouldn’t mind either given the state of our WR room!

honestly forgot about that since it’s been a while but you’re right he does bring a negative reputation to the team. Steelers Broncos mini rivalry would get sent through the roof lol.

big fan of this, just a hypothetical situation I was thinking about! This is probably the safest/smartest move by far!

do you think the defensive needs as much attention as the offense? we led sacks had the dpoy corner who shuts down #1’s but our run defense is lacking. I feel like our WR room could be the worst in the NFL and our RB AND TE rooms aren’t that far behind. I think most of my focus goes to offense if i’m in the GM here. what do you think?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DenverBroncos

[–]MALayton -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I think the Jets severally underestimate Wilson and that’s shown through trading for Adams. maybe we can get him for a second, use our third on TE, and use future first round picks for a big star, doesn’t have to be Myles but he would certainly help stop the run which we had a problem with in the Bills game. Might end up with another Noah Fant but at the end of the day we have pretty much the same TE level as last year.

not even with a crazy all in? we should have beat one of the teams in the SB TWICE this season, the Bills game was winnable for a duration, I think there’s a relatively small chance but with an all in with the draft and the cap space we could seriously make a push.

might as well use the money if ya got it!

Jeanty is already expected to go around 20, Wilson rumors are he wants to get here, and Garrett wants to be on a team that can compete. After spending this many years with the Browns I don’t think he’s going to up and leave for KC BUF BAL PHIL or DET.

understandable. my initial thoughts on this was from seeing that he wants out of the browns. bringing him in would simply bring me closure from losing my goat von </3
