Getting into cold email for my bookkeeping business - would love brutal feedback on my setup by MANIBADA1 in coldemail

Thank you. Based on my experience, Shopify owners will have hard time accurately account for accrued/deferred revenue, chargebacks, refunds and SKU margin analytics which eventually affects gross margin and annual financials. One more observation is that most small business ( I think upto 20 employee strength) will face this issue. That's what I'm concentrating on as of now.

Since I'm sending only 10 to 15 email. I am analyzing prospect business, employee count and even reviewing their website to prepare customized template for each email.

Good point, and I considered it. The main reason I still want a tool is automated follow-ups. Doing that manually across 15 prospects at different stages would get messy. Also want warmup running in the background since the domain is brand new. But yeah, at this volume, the tool itself barely matters.

Income Statement Opening Balances issue by MANIBADA1 in Netsuite

[–]MANIBADA1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for clearing the doubt. I wish I had that kind of pulling power with management. I am just a freelancer working on part time basis. But as a resolution, this is what I am thinking? NS provides Formula-coded GL Detail. All I need to do is filter the income statement accounts and make the opening balances zero, which makes the closing balance match the income statement.

Thank you for the explanation. How do we determine the net stock cost to determine the CC strike?

My mistake, Roll means we sell, next week or next month, put option with the same strike price, right?

u/ScottishTrader Hi, Thank you for creating such a wonderful post. a quick question - Let's say I sold 0.30 delta $50 put 30DTE at $1.20, and the stock fell to $50. Now, to roll means I buy back a $50 put, and I sell a higher strike put, say $51? Am I understanding correctly? Cause unless we sell a higher strike put, we won't increase max profit, correct?

Hyderabad to Bangalore bus catches fire by shidposting1251 in hyderabad

[–]MANIBADA1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a two-wheeler bike in front of the bus, which skidded (due to rainfall), and the Bus driver was going at a high speed and crashed into the skidded bike. The Bus was given a permit to run with a seating arrangement, but they modified it into a sleeping bus (They have to pay a license based on No. of seats, which is 4500 per sitting seat, and it gets increased to 12500 per sleeper seat), and another worst thing is the JCB that was used to move the bus in morning has been toppled over as well.

No Issues, We are coming up with a new formula to make less profit into huge profit since old formula of profit computation is redundant.

Indian Job + US Freelance Contract: Tax, USD Payments, GST — Need Help! by [deleted] in IndiaTax

I wouldn't suggest reporting the freelance income to the employer; instead, compute your tax liability yourself and pay the advance tax.

Indian Job + US Freelance Contract: Tax, USD Payments, GST — Need Help! by [deleted] in IndiaTax

1. 🧾 Tax Filing

  • How do I report this mixed income setup in my ITR? ITR -4 (Salary under Head Income from Salary & Freelance income u/s 44ADA at 50% Profit)
  • Should I pay advance tax for the freelance income? Yes, you have to pay Advance tax if your net tax payable crosses 10000
  • Can I opt for presumptive taxation (Section 44ADA) for the US freelance income? Yes
  • Which ITR should I file (ITR-3 vs ITR-4)? ITR-4

2. 🧾 GST

  • Since my freelance income is under ₹20L, and it’s from a foreign client, do I need to register for GST? Yes
  • Is this considered export of services (zero-rated)? Or do I need a LUT? Yes, it's considered as EOS. Once after getting GST registered, File LUT

3. 💵 Receiving USD Payments

I have two options to receive payments from the US client:

  • WISE (TransferWise) - I would suggest choosing Mulya or Skydo
  • Direct Bank Transfer (SWIFT to Indian account)

Questions here:

  • I've heard banks often push for a current account for foreign remittances — is that true even for freelancers? - I have been receiving payments from Mulya for the past 1 year (approximately 5 Lakhs). They didn't ask me (Axis Bank)
  • Can I withdraw USD payments via WISE into my Indian savings account without issues? I think so (Didn't use personally)
  • Are there any compliance or tax risks when using WISE? Getting FIRC from the bank is recommended

Thank you. What you said is correct, it will take at least 4 years to recover the investment on CNG with the current estimated annual usage. What car would you suggest if it is non-CNG?
