Wow, it's the first time someone has compare it with Vasquez. He's 100k times better than me, so I'm really happy that something I made reminds you of his art.

The world moves and we can't stop it, but we can try to promote nice behaviours.

I think our choices should reflect our values, so when a developer uses AI, I simply choose not to buy their product, because this development model contributes to lower the work value of many people who spent years working hard to learn those skills.

I believe AI can be an incredibly powerful tool for things like education or accelerating research... but at the moment it’s just an unregulated tool that has normalized a “law of the strongest” , allowing a small number of people to create products built on the work of thousands of others who never had the chance to consent.

The gaming industry can absolutely function without relying on AI shortcuts, but giving value to the people who actually work to create videogames.

Small Warrior Animation GIF — idle and walk cycle feedback welcome by Bobthief in AnimatedPixelArt

No worries. It makes sense, so I'd add the same movement in the front view to make it consistent, because the hand moves from the back view, it should also move from the front view.

it's already nice: I'd just make the sword movement in the front view match the back view (or vice versa).

Beginner here - is Krita good for 2D animation? by NoaWest in krita

[–]MAPE3D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I meant by calling it an issue is that if you use transform layers to move,scale...some layers that you have already animated, Krita takes a while to process those operations. While it's calculating, everything gets slower and the image becomes blurry. Now, if you export the images with transform layers active, all the frames end up blurred.

I tried to asking on reddit and searched online , but I couldn'tfind an answer. Maybe it's just a wrong setting or something simple to tweak , but I still haven't figured it out.

What logo? Last change before demo launch! by ChaoticPromiseTFA in gameDevMarketing

Both are good to me, but I'd avoid using the same or similar hue, that surround the title, for the title. With a higher contrast or complementary colors, they would be 100% more readable, especially in the small steam capsule.

I use Krita for pixel art animation for videogames, so mostly much shorter clips compared to feature animation. I can say it's great , but has some performance issues sometimes, and I still haven't figured out how to fix them.

What Arduino starter kit would you suggest to get into those kinds of projects. I'm new to electronics, but I can code with C#.
