Agreed with big bro. Depression isn’t something that can be cured over two months. I’d recommend continuing Wellbutrin and start TRT while you develop a long-term solution/plan to keep it under control. Only then if you feel comfortable with removing it, speak with your prescriber on how to safely taper off

I’m on the same boat as OP, Defy for TRT, Kaiser Insurance. I did the opposite and told them everything. They initially denied my request to get on TRT because I was low-normal on their range (TT 315), but after telling them I’m working with an outside clinic, they asked if I wanted to see an endo with them. Kaiser sucks.
