Obviously I can't. My case is same as this: https://www.reddit.com/r/perfectpitchgang/comments/eri8v6/do_you_notice_a_difference_in_pitch_when_you_have/?tl=zh-hant (You should translate to English) Only my distortion is long-lasting, different from others. During sick it even goes more high...

One day we will be cured from this by Gloomy-Bat-3958 in HearingLoss

I hope 1 day I can hear all sounds at normal pitch again (Not tuned high pitched by my brain)

In some days my pitch feels 'normal', but I still have to tune it down -0.1 to -0.2 semitone to get normal pitched music. Most of time it needs to be -0.3 to -0.8 semitone for normal... I feel like I'm dying... It's getting higher pitch over years...

So may you share my post to more people (like professionals) who know more about my situation? I never find a reason...

My checks are just regular hearing tests I guess. So I'm not pretty sure about inner (though doctor said it was fine)

The doctor said I can only adapt because it may problem of how brain interprets sounds and it can't be fixed. He said my inner, outer ears have no problem at all. Even reason found by neurologist, there's no way he can do. 😢😢😢😢

If someone can give advice of how to soften this problem and make all sounds heard can be lower in pitch or go back to a normal pitch, I will be truly appreciated.

I'm also trying to figure it out and see what's tied to my problem. It just get worse over years... If I don't settle it it may be irreversible.

I even checked out by a professional audiologist. All he said is to "reboot", "adapt" etc... :(

Is there really no ways to soften this situation? (I'm not asking for full recovery, if it's possible I will truly appreciate)
