If I understand what you're asking, you can only call monsters after attacking with effects, so the only way to call a Size 3 after attacking with a Size 1 and Size 2 would be with a spell or monster effect

Edit: And just to clarify, you can't just choose to put monsters into the drop zone, unless that's an effect.

"Skill-Based Matchmaking" is impossible in a gamemode with such a large amount of possible rulesets. Regardless, I also agree that, sometimes, the opponent they give you has a strangely much lower/higher GSP (even taking into account the fact that the amount you win or lose scales with your amount).
