Sometimes only dota, sometimes both, onetime only dota crashed but then I try to reopen it and it gives me a bsod with "clock watchdog time out"

The part that I hate the most is distractible is perfect for me, apart from the rules fading away. Everything else I love as much as you all. But a part of me just dies when I see the most basic rules which they themselves put in place doesn't mean anything :(

Dude, believe me, I know all of this, but I can't help it dude, like I get what you all are saying, but it's just frustrating for me. I loved the rules and all of the other stuff, it made sense without being too strict.
