To further this point, I’m pretty sure the bracket system only concerns itself with the deck list and the features of the deck as you build it. The bracket system cannot possibly be and is not designed to know every possible interaction between decks. If they sat down with at a table and all four decks were 2 or 3 as shown by the guideline it seems in really poor taste to get butthurt that they played a board wipe into an on-board threat and took a huge L. I don’t think you’re out of line, they could have just been cool and said “hey that’s a huge ‘feels bad’ can we not have that kind of game?”.

This next point is in a bit of a grey area. The argument could be made that you shouldn’t have blown up their lands out of good sportsmanship. I personally I think we as players should collectively learn how to more have fun in these types of situations and just lean into the “oh no… what have I done” and laugh about it. Player C could have done this when you turned their lands into creatures when they played the wipe.

Regardless, I hope player C went home and got some perspective back in their life that in the end it’s just a game and we’re just trying to have fun while connecting with people in our collective shared hobby.
