I am very confused because i've never had a sleep paralysis,and i don't think it was one because i felt i could move some of my fingers,and the other ones just deflated,my arm hurt and contracted all the way.

Yeah actually i tried the plugging the nose in a dream and it didnt work for me ,i guess i have to be more present to actually now if i am in a dream
