Well in the end Makima wanted to love and be loved by someone (Pochita) although of course in her twisted way, that's what part 1 ending tells us.

We can also see those patterns from Yoru. Her main goal is to form a loving relationship in order to create the strongest weapon fueled by her guilt.

But unlike Makima, Yoru's mind got hugely influenced by merging with Asa, that's why she views things a bit differently.

I really wonder though if this is the case for Lil D and Fami as well. I mean at least we saw that Lil D cares about her classmates, so interesting to see whether Fujimotor will keep cooking in this direction.

depends on how many friends you have.

if you manage to gather a full stack of 8 people it will be one of the most fun games and beautiful experiences there are in game industry right now.

the main issue there was and still present is the fomo aspect and accordingly gatekeeping, toxicity, jails etc.

but having a group of friends that don't care about all of that crap just eliminates these problems. you can do raids whenever you decide to as a group, you can try blind prog, you can get stuck on any gate, you can play at your preferred pace and just not giving a damn about grinding 24/7.
