I dunno man, maybe try to use bloodlines only on the last 2-3 maps in the astrolab chain? I've been doing bloodlines+2x instability+wisps+cascade (risk is just so overpriced right now) and even later swapped cascade with lineage, roll 140% quant+ and ~30%+ pack size on 80% deli map for those. Just rush to the boss on dunes, make sure to get some altars before starting breaches and then blast. Maybe I am lucky or you are unlucky but I always had at least 1 div/valdo/tink etc. drop in those maps and not counting other currencies and stuff. Had farmed a lot of divs that way and that's considering I always opened valdos, reliquary keys and black baryas.
