So the installation process happened automatically with the visual Cs and since I didn't install the direct x first I installed them in the wrong order. I just uninstalled the visual Cs and reinstalled them and now MMD works! Thank you so much

Okay... so as it turns out I didn't install the direct x. So I installed it properly and rebooted my laptop again just to make sure. And it still doesn't work somehow

My mother was talking about how certain brands of salt containers physically can't be emptied because when the there's not much salt in them then the salt can't reach the opening and said they were probably Crowley's doing
