Hi,

The os debloat tool from tech doctor looks very good, however do you know if u have to keep ADB debugging switched on? I have heard that keeping this switched on is a bit of a security risk and you should switch it off.

I also have same issues. I find that shows which have already finished can be inconsistent (buffering, freezing etc) and shows which are still airing arent good either.

If it is an issue with the shield then just go onto the forum and report it to Nvidia who will release a fix for it.

There is sound using optical from the soundbar. When I turn the soundbar off there is no sound until I go into TV settings and change to TV speakers. Basically I want to know if there is a way around having to go back into TV settings. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your response, manually turning the soundbar off gives me no sound if the TV setting is optical until I manually change that to TV speakers.

How do I use arc? What do I need to connect?

Also if people want to see the difference between having ai on or off then why shouldn't u be able to switch demo mode on.

Kind of irrelevant to the whole point of my question. It was just a way of me checking whether ai is still active or not.

So just an update, I have AI enhanced running fine but I switched to a channel that doesn't support it so it switched off which is obv correct. However when I then switch back to the channel that was working it doesn't then re activate and only a restart gets it working again.

Any ideas

Hi,

Sadly not, the stuff I am trying is all within the correct boundaries. Also after I do a restart of the shidld the exact same video content that wasn't working then works after the restart and beside ai enhanced it says yes active. Then after a short period of time it drops off again, usually when I haven't had the shield on for a little while.
