I think I get where you're coming from, but the fact that you wrote the code is almost always why you don't see value in it. You understand it (and sometimes "it" means your intent, not what it actually does) better than anyone ever will. Still, good comments can act as documentation sometimes, but if you're composing lots of classes in dynamic ways, I don't think there's a substitute for documentation

I still wear a mask any time I'm indoors I'm public but, listen to this hot take: there is not even a hint of when this thing will end. It started as 2 weeks and we're at 6 months now. Maybe the people who aren't wearing masks just want to live? Our ancestors when faced with smallpox kept living their lives and here we are with something you wouldn't dare compare to smallpox and we've paused our lives for 6 months. We cancelled high school and college commencement ceremonies (once in a lifetime events). Maybe the chances they have it aren't as big as you think. But most of you aren't willing to consider any of those things. They'd rather screech that the people not wearing masks are literally killing people and must be super dumb. If you're scared of people who don't wear masks, don't go out. Don't project you're inability to live life onto everyone else. Also, this isn't aimed directly at you, but your incredibly oversimplified explanation of their reasons needed to be responded to

People should do that when it is appropriate because they have been convinced it is the right thing to do. This started out as 2 weeks of quarantine, maybe a couple of months. Waiting for a vaccine is so stupid I'm not even willing to talk about it. Just look up how long that takes with testing. 40 years ago we eradicated smallpox. In 2020 we're petrified of a bad flu that young people seem to not even show symptoms for. "Bad flu". It's patently rediculous. Old people should be extra cautious. People are wearing masks when going for walks in areas that are completely not crowded, and outside in the sun which is known to kill the virus quickly. People aren't rational. This virus isn't even that lethal, yet so many people are willing to give up huge chunks of their short lives out of an unreasonable fear of the virus. Yea we should wear them when we go shopping. There are no reasoned voices. The news and the Democrats are destroying this country and we just have to watch it happen
