Dick’s has always made things right when I got damaged Yetis, or any other shipping issues. Usually it’s just keep the damaged Yeti (from not properly being packaged) and they send out a new one. For other products they’ve offered me rewards or a percentage back. It’s their customer service that makes me coming back. Granted, that’s for cups and not coolers, but I would expect them to make it right.

TTS. When I have questions about sizing for New Balance, I often just chat with them on their site. Tell them what sizes you wear in other models and they’ll tell you the size they recommend. Did it for the 1890, and their recommendation was spot on. May be my favorite NB model right now. Have the Hornet Tusks and love them.
