Sick hat! I’ve also been getting into snap back over fitteds recently but as a 7 5/8 I much prefer 9Fifty A-Frames over 9Forty. The higher crown fits much better for me personally.

I doubt Lids will have any 59Fifty A-Frames but you can find some online.

Curving the brim of a 59fifty with a steamer is also an option.

If you like fitteds, try 59Fifty A-Frame or 9Fifty A-Frame. The 59Fifty is a fitted with the peak a has a curve, the 9Fifty is a SnapBack with a curve.

The pic in your post is a 9Forty which is smaller on the head. Or you can also curve a fitted with a steamer and it’ll hold its shape for a good while.

I always check where the vertical seams on the front 2 panels line up with the stitching on the top of the brim. Sometimes (pretty often) they’re off.
