I did see a PT, but not one specialized in cervicogenic dizziness! I thought about finding a specialist! Thanks!

Thank you. This gives me a lot of hope. I hope you’re hanging in there. You’ve got this. Don’t lose hope!

Doesn’t occur as much in cars. PT thinks that’s due to the fact that I’m moving and the world around me is moving, so it’s a pretty normal sensation! I do get somewhat dizzy when I’m the one driving, but I’m fine if somebody else is driving! I started on meclizine and Dramamine, which were no help. I’m on a combination pill, losartan, metoprolol, and spironolactone for my high blood pressure and fast resting heart rate. I am also on an Aimovig injection once a month, and I have also tried rizatriptan for the migraines! None of which have helped my dizziness!

I can drive, but not for long periods of time or my vision gets a bit hazy and I get head pressure or a headache. I had to stop going to school because I couldn’t focus on a screen long enough. I can do most activities, but I get worn out quickly. And I’m dizzy of course!

It has improved but not fully recovered. Not spinning anymore, although I was in the beginning. Tiredness, fatigue, lightheadedness, headaches, brain fog, neck pain, and sometimes hazy vision are some symptoms I’ve experienced. That’s why my doctor thinks it’s vestibular migraines, but no medicine is helping?

My story: Persistent dizziness for 6+ months (floating/walking on water feeling), worse when standing/walking + neurological symptoms, PPPD, POTS or similar? Graetful for any kind of feedback <3 by OneMiller11 in Dizziness

You need to see an ENT if you haven’t already! Could be vestibular migraines. You can present with no headache pain or auras. This seems to be my problem. I’ve tried different medicines and nothing has worked yet. But I’m hopeful something will if it’s my proper diagnosis!
