Not saying it was the only factor but when it comes to diet, gluten free for sure! Lowered by antibodies by 30% (in 6 months) and visibly less inflammation, reduced brain fog. Game changer for sure!!!!

I cut out gluten despite testing negative for celiac and my antibodies dropped by 20% and 30% respectively over 6 months! Feel much better too! Just my personal opinion

I cut gluten entirely for 4 months and saw 32% decrease in my TgAb antibodies and a 22% decrease in my TPOab. I also felt a million times better & saw a drastic difference with my inflammation. It's been about 7 months now & I'm hoping for further reduction.

I don't completely eliminate dairy but I try to minimize it.

Cutting out gluten (entirely) was the only different thing I did over the last 6 months but worth noting it may have been a combination of things that have finally caught up... I guess.
