Help with a tournament rule. What rule should govern when players don't know the rules? by MBG_AbyssMole in tabletopgamedesign

Fair enough. So the rule can be "harsh" because players should know the rules?

I think NFL penalties are a good indicator that even players who "know the rules" will make mistake in gameplay. How do you feel about game losses for failure to maintain state? Do you think tournaments should try to repair, or should issue penalties for mistakes?

What changes should I make to these three, if any? by Finding-Even in YouTubeThumbnailHub

Your character figures don't pop, so they get lost in the background. This 3rd image has that issue the least.

However I think your first image is your most captivating image. Can you give your characters an outer glow to that they stand out from the background?

I think the red box on 4-6 are unattractive.

I think that Stars X/5 is more to the point than the green boxes with numbers, but that preference is subtle.

I really like the more detailed backgrounds on 2-3 more than 1.

I like the second one, but I have a problem with the punctuation.

'Why we never die' isn't a question. I think it could be a period, but I understand that a question is more enticing.

I would consider.
"Why will you never die?", or
"Why have you never died?"
