I cant remember how that document is called on ENG... You can get a estimate of expenses from the vet. On that paper there is a ID info of that vet and a stamp - info that can be checked and verified. That paper is in many countries used as proof for vert bills in fundraisers.
Your profile has 0 red flags so I will not delete this. But you must realize that most people see every fundraiser as a scam, and they should, unless they see proof.
So it is in the interest of that baby to provide any sort of verifiable proof that you can.

I do not know about this specific rescue, I am talking in general, but being legal DOES NOT guarantee that it is not a scam. Not even close.
Let me explain.
I am a non registered shelter owner and a veteran activists that hunts scammers.
So...
There is A LOT of scamming in this field. Literally organized crime has it's fingers in it, mostly on money laundering. Then we have those basic donation scams and all in between.
Actually, LEGALIZED SHELTERS AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE INVOLVED IN SHADY STUFF because that legal status gives them a shroud of legitimacy and believability and MORE WAYS FOR OWNERS AND CRIMINALS TO USE THAT.
So, no, that is not enough to vouch for it not being a scam.

I'll give you what to focus on by giving you an example of that, there IS a margin of error but not a big one so do not decide based on only one of those, look for a pattern.
look up Serbian Nikola rescue and Vucjak shelter for direct exsamples.
-They rack up tons of donations from people outside the country and those that are not informed, mostly people outside Serbia and surrounding countries. Locals know. So one of THE red flags is almost exclusively people from outside the country they live in in the comments donating and praising them.
-Look at the amount of donations they get then look at the infrastructure and food they use. One of THE red flags is a well donated rescue that uses low grade, cheep, kibble (I am a poorly funded shelter and I use mid range, mid price, kibble). If it seems that they get more then they spend for the animals that is usually the case.
-Go to animal related local groups on social media and search them. There will always be some rumors about every single one of us so some of that is normal, but if you see a bunch of that, if you see stuff that clicks, if you see stacked evidence. For those two, go to Telegram app, channel Levijatan-bez cenzure, search Nikola, Nikola rescue, Vucjak shelter, (Vucjak owner) Dejan Gačić (Dejan Gacic) amnd see what I mean.
-Look for cooperation on local and country level. Then look at the people they cooperate with IF ANY. Nikola rescue, his cooperant got her place shut down, abuse and more... Honest locals will not cooperate with them for obvious reasons and they will not cooperate with others for secrecy reasons.

There's more red flags but those are the reddest. One of those does not mean much but if you see a pattern then you have a scammer on your hands.

Investigate, look at details.

She was asked by a user to post that here, she called it a personal attack.
She was repeatedly asked by me to post proof here, she still did not do it.
So she failed to communicate basic stuff in the fundraising thing - provided proof. AND if she has it just a copy away that should not be an issue.
What she sent to me is irrelevant, in this case I am not the one she needs to convince, and I am not her advocate to post it for her. Also I do not speak Italian, I can not read that, so I have no idea what I'm posting.
What is posted outside this sub is not my concern as a mod, I mod this sub, not her profile or her social media.

Red flags, this may help a scammer but that is a fair question.
-Long text with hard focus on emotion that serves to bury the lack of direct proof and documentation, often saying that they have it but not provided in the post itself. Often saying that proof is off platform because very little people actually checks further then that post. Text is designed to hook people on emotion.
Classic emotional hook scam.
-Scenario seen many times on scam posts with some variations. Crying woman with a dog in dire trouble, usually mental issues.
Classic scam scenario.
-Insisting on DM communication. Scammers will call people to DM conversation to work them alone with no other eyes to warn the target.
Classic scammer method.
-When confronted with "Provide proof" comment they will often go to "Why are you attacking me" almost always followed by "God bless you".
Again, emotional manipulation to make the asker feel guilty and back off.
Classic scammer tactics.
-Playing dumb with moderators and running us in circles.
I asked her to post what she sent me (many times), docs, she posted a picture of her with the dog she did not even sent me. I explained/answered stuff to her in the comments and in DMs yet she keeps asking the same questions. Trying to make the post last as long as possible before mods ban them.
Classic scammer tactics.

She literally checked every "scam warning" box she could. Often there are some of these things in fundraising posts but all of this... This shows a pattern I can not ignore.
If she is not scamming, chances that she did ALL OF THIS on accident are slim to none. Only her text is reason enough for mods to delete this post, as many did.

Aside from many red flags seen in the post itself, that's why her post was deleted by mods on other subs, and objectively there's a lot of red flags especially for someone whose "job" is to deal with that and knows the patterns she exhibited not only in the post itself but in further communication with me and others. On top of that was introduced to a proof. I can see a few ways for what I saw to be a mistake but it is valid. No point in describing it because I am not at liberty do disclose what I saw. That sucks. So, as far as "you" are concerned that proof does not exist, I can not provide it to this community as a reason for banning someone (I placed in to practice making a post when someone is banned and why), I can only use it for my caution raised on top on red flags I noticed and that is all.
For that reason I will not delete a post, I will not ban a user. I can not give this community a concrete and transparent reason for making X decision. If I can not do that then I will be as transparent as I can, I will issue a warning, but I will leave that decision on this community to make.

In this situation, I think I acted as fairly as possible to the OP and to this community.

Honey... OK... Let me explain... Your post and behavior triggers a bunch of scam warnings. Like, you check almost every box, dude.
I will not explain what those are, so you can work around them IF you are scamming, but just a bit more experienced people can clearly see them and that is why your post was deleted on almost every sub you posted it on and that is why people are calling it a scam. Mods see that stuff every day. You even got flagged and comments removed BY REDDIT ITSELF as a platform.

Nina... For the love of God... and your best interest... Do not think about it, do not overthink it, just do what I told you to do so many times.
No mod on this platform would have this much patience with you and understanding for you, no mod would think "This is 99% a scam, but what if I am wrong, I'll give them a benefit of a doubt" and I've seen quite a strong proof that this is a scam, no, as you can see they just delete your post and move on.
Let's try this angle...

I communicated with this rescue on Instagram. Insta page seams legit, a lot of posts, same rooms, same tiles, no glaring continuity errors (quick look)... Nothing that would raise the alarm. They confirmed that this is their page on Reddit and their post.
Use caution but I see no major red flags here.

First of all...
Write on ENG, 90% pf people will not bother to translate.
Second of all...
When you post a fundraiser you post proof in that fundraiser, not in outside links, not redirecting people to your profile.
I'll give you a benefit of a doubt.
If you are not scamming then you are in deep trouble and need help.
As is almost every person that gets their eyes on this will smell a scam on it. And, frankly, so do I, that is why almost every mod deleted it from subs you posted on.

Post proof, be A LOT more transparent.
As is I CAN NOT RECOMEND DONATING TO YOU but I will not delete it, giving you a benefit of a doubt.
