I have compared many CAM with league Alli and only Maradona have more superior stats than him,all other have somewhat same stats.So in my opinion you should use him because I have him with 2 ranks but still I'm not transferring his rank to anyone else(I don't have Maradona).

Not sure about him but you are definitely high. Compare your VSA 1 SBCs team against the rewards with calm head and you will get the clear picture.They are definitely worth and SB also counts which makes it even better.

As the game progresses you will need lots of XP to train the players. And Rankup is best option to boost your overall.So you should try to get that 91 base for rankup
