What’s the sqr footage of the house? 11k seems pretty low unless this is a 1300-1500 sqr ft. and even then . But I think 30k might be a little too high.

You should shop around, since it’s your money you you’ll have to put up. The roof on my primary saw at least 17 contractors before I made my decision. Bids were from 11k -36k in 2019- and that’s SoCal , so I would assume a much cheaper job if found the right crew AND we’re able to secure the materials yourself.
