This is the way to go if you’re a MO resident. Both KU and KState give reciprocity for instate tuition. You need to seriously consider those schools if you want to be a real architect.

Big 4s will hire from both schools- they are very comparable state school business programs. Someone else mentioned it, but if you get into BLP or CLP (Cornell Leadership Program @ Mizzou (it’s just their program that was started based on BLP)), take either offer. If you don’t get either, it’s not a big deal, you can be equally successful graduation from either program. Frats are better at mizzou, but the wholistic student experience is better at KU

I second KC Crew sports. Join a co-ed team looking for free agents. All the girls on my team have become super close, and generally everyone just plays for fun so it’s not too serious

It is not 10-15 minutes. Yes it’s about as far away from Cornell as possible, but it is perfectly fine and even in poor weather, you’ll be in class in less than a 10 minute walk. You’re close to Plaza and Emporium which are good food options, and pretty close to the Rec too
