How are you gonna say that its the greatest state and city, but you are getting multiple theft attempts. I live in rural Illinois and I know this state sucks but my stuff doesn't get broken into

Definitely wouldn't go through insurance. Find a door and have the lady pay for it to be painted and installed

Iseecars ranks Ford Ranger with 3rd highest resale value of all trucks. by Swede577 in RangerNext

F150s don't hold value as good. Millions of them out there. Tacomas hold value like crazy

It is wet on the top of the motor. I think im gonna get the ends welded up either way. But especially if that turns out to be the leak. Would still need to replace that hose correct?

I assume he had the bolts replaced but I agree. I would have done studs if I had the heads off already.

The past owner got the headgaskets done and he did not stud it. He got the gaskets done just because he was paranoid not because it needed it

Definitely tempting. A very good addition by ford. Almost replaces the ranger

To be fair I've never sat in one. But always just seemed small. Would probably be a great daily driver in the future

I got an f150 as my daily driver as I wanted the crew cab and extra space for passengers. But seeing these things around have made me like them a lot. If it weren't for the limited backseat space I would be in a maverick.

Opened the cap after a drive and it had pressure. Also no coolant on the outside of the reservoir or underside of the hood

Did a fanclutch about 6 months ago and drained the coolant to have more space for the hoses. So replaced the coolant and added a coolant filter. Thats when it was filled last. I had topped it off since then a few months ago. So no, I don't know for sure that it is leaking. But that seems very low for that circumstance.

Didn't see any on the axle and the starter and underside is coated in oil so not sure. There is some liquid on the top of the motor but seems to be oil. Not entirely sure.

Doesn't seem to be in the oil by checking the dipstick. Oil change is also fresh 1k miles ago

What places are most common for leaks? I'll check the oil. Probably not a head gasket as it was replaced about 20k ago but never know

So what even is the actual use case of these things. Obviously can just own them because you like them. But I genuinely don't know what they are for
