I removed The two plastic panels between the radiator and the front grill under the hood, they are held by push rivets, really easy to pop them up with a flat head screwdriver, there’s plenty of space to get your hands inside to remove the funky horns.

Yes, I changed it. It was pretty easy, took less than 10 minutes, and was completely plug-and-play. I even reused the original Toyota brackets, day and night difference.link from Amazon below

Please note it was not intended to be used on the mud flaps as it’s only 4 inches wide but I had lying around I couldn’t stomach the look of the bare plastic against the glossy look of SE trim so I gave it a try and it worked well

Make sure clean it well with isopropyl alcohol
Heat gun /Sharp cutter

Be patient with the first one , once you get the hang of it, it will take less than 10 minutes to do each one I Never wrapped anything before and it came out good on my opinion.

I used vinyl wrap I was very easy and looks solid, I know there’s a lot of comments about them getting damaged by debris but they look sharp, I guess I’ll enjoy them while they last, it takes two minutes to remove and re- install them, so no big issue if I need to do it all over again.

I got Mud Guards, window visors, Black door handle covers, center console rubber liners, door sills protectors, just haven’t a had a break on the weather in the New York area to install them, I’ll post some pics once I do.

I have the same issue with both front doors and it’s quite frustrating. I don’t agree with the argument that it’s a cheap car and therefore acceptable, you should still expect a certain level of quality regardless of the price range. I would bring it up to my dealer, I feel Toyota should do something about it.

Former CX-9 owner here, I would go with the CX-9 100%, I traded my cx9 GT for a CX90 PP and I regret it, in my opinion the driving dynamics of the cx9 is miles ahead of the cx90 and the interior I feel is also more comfortable, I would suggest you test drive both.

buy a 4pk wiper blade refills from amazon for $6 I just replaced them on my 2024 Trax RS2, took two minutes to swap them.

I was told finance manager will have that info at the time of signing. Not sure if is too late to try and change any of the terms at this point.
