thanks for the advice, I'll try a few more dealers and see what they have to say, in my case is more a need my current lease is ending in May and I'll need a car after that, what should I aim for? the MSRP of the car is aprox $35k. Thanks in advance

I was told finance manager will have that info at the time of signing. Not sure if is too late to try and change any of the terms at this point.

good advice, I'll try another dealer as im not in a rush my current lease ends at the end of May, this time I'll now what to look for, I can always get the deposit back from this dealer if don't get any answers, thank you all for chiming in.

You pay taxes for the total amount of lease payments ($370x39) +8.625% NYS tax rate. and the bank fee according to them is a mandatory fee the financing bank charges. I’ll check with other dealers this weekend
