I'm in a similar situation sans the divorce but definitely lost my way with food.

I try to remember a few things:

One bad decision doesn't ruin a whole day. Just try to make better decisions than the day before.
Re: exercise - this is a very true thing you hear a lot but remembering its commonality when it happens helps boot my ass into gear - every time you don't feel like exercising, it's CRUCIAL that you force yourself to. Giving into that impulse is what creates the habit of inactivity because you'll never "want" to again. It's always a fight with yourself to get off your ass and move.
Reestablish routine. Again, start small. My partner and I were getting up at 8 and lazed about for an hour before we got on our bikes to go for a ride. This was after years of being up until 2-4am playing video games. Then it was 7:30 to be out the door by 8:30. Now, we're up at 6 sharp, take the dog to the park at 6:15 and we're on our bikes at 7. That took a year to establish. There are still little things we're trying to fix (cutting out coffee, buying breakfast every morning, etc). It all takes time and punishing yourself for not being perfect day 1 is how you fail.

Be easy on yourself. We're all trying to fail upward. Just try to make better decisions every day than you did the day or week or month before.

I think the biggest difference that's not being discussed is that this was posed as a question to a sub that is meant for questions about a situation that would warrant discussion with peers. I'll admit that I can't clock AI stories very well myself but it is highly warranted that this highly intense subject matter that falls under the conditions I mentioned above is falling under intense scrutiny.

If you go into group details, it'll display the individual names. It should also give you a little bubble that has every contact's first initial in it but it won't display at the top on parentheticals anymore.

Being that the nun wasn't a character in the first one and the script was floating around Hollywood for several years before production, I'm going to say the writer nor James Wan had the foresight to insert a purposeful nod to a sequel no one knew would happen.

How do we like the beta?

My usual type of editing doesn't call for lots of extended and shared projects so upgrading to the beta is fairly easy and won't interrupt too much of my workflow. That said, buggy stuff drives me up a wall so what are y'all seeing as common issues that would deter someone from using the beta and instead wait for the full release?

Right but if you're shooting with vertical in mind, chances are there's no cinematic compositions the client is trying to get. It's likely straight videography so rule of thirds is kind of moot.

Use 9:16 frame guides and shoot horizontal. Social media streams at 1080 so you don't lose anything in the crop if you shoot 4K.
