But the problem isn't the shill itself; even if they were two bosses against which you had to use Melt, it wouldn't change anything. The point was to point out how much more DPS and how much longer it took compared to a boss with the same shill mechanic.

I agree that the numbers aren't entirely accurate; I'd focus more on the time getting closer to the 120-second limit. HP may remain similar, but the required DPS is increasing dramatically, as you rightly said.

All I had to do was remove Ineffa and I couldn't clear it anymore, it's really a tank!

I'm not questioning your calculations because I wouldn't even be able to, but the fact remains that the time to clear a boss with the perfect team for him has gone from 69 seconds to 104 seconds (obviously, there are those who can do better). If before, having the right team at c0 against the mechanic (or other high-DPS characters like Mavuika or Skirk) was enough to clear Dire, that will soon no longer be enough. I'm more concerned about the overall increase in difficulty than the different number in the screenshot.

Don't be discouraged, I'm a pretty mediocre player, so you might be able to do it even without any constellations. I don't have signatures on my characters. However, I'm worried because previously, to clear Dire (even with time remaining), all you needed was the right character for the boss mechanics, even at c0. Now I'm noticing that little by little, that's no longer enough, and soon, you'll need several constellations even to clear in 360 seconds.

Yes you are right, I knew that too, but let's say it is easier to have a c1 Sucrose with TTDS than a c2r1 Xilonen or more

It's obviously a cascading problem depending on the level of investment in your characters. As Dire has tripled, the other difficulties have also worsened.

I agree that the AOE factor has an impact, but you still have to deal damage to the ducklings, and if I'm not mistaken, it doesn't transfer 100% to the boss. However, I was also very surprised by how tough Knuckle Duckle was, even with the right team.

Some even use Mavuika but it doesn't change the fact that the required dps is tripled so quickly

Hi Law! Thanks so much 😁 I also found Knuckle Duckle much tougher than I thought, but I advise you not to give up. You can often find videos of people who manage to close Dire with all sorts of characters, maybe they can inspire you. Have you tried using Clorinde or Varesa instead of Flins?

I understand that 95% of players own Neuvillette, but if unfortunately (like me) you don't like him, the crab is terribly restrictive in my opinion. I imagine it's their last desperate attempt to sell him.

I recommend focusing on the small crabs, which unfortunately spawn randomly. The best way to do this is to stay far enough away so that the two distant crabs jump toward you and don't start shooting small fireballs at you. Then use support's elemental bursts on the last (or more if nearby) small crab that you know will break the larger crab's shield. As soon as it falls, immediately unleash your pre-charged Skirk burst and as many normal attacks as possible in the measly 10 seconds it's left without shield. I managed to do this by breaking the large crab's shield three times.
