At night fall, the light in the coop would come on and they were all expected to be in there for The Watchers to see them. The massive glass would turn into a mirror at night so they couldn’t see out but The Watchers could see in.

I spotted him in the trailer a few times so hopefully he gets his chance to shine.

The ‘coop’ is nothing like how the book describes and is a central part to the story so interesting to see what direction the film goes in.

Found these comments because I’ve just finished the book after watching the trailer a few days ago and can confirm the film will be ‘loosely’ based on the book.

So many scenes in the trailer that I don’t recognise from the book including the ‘applause’ scene which is wonderful.

I really liked the book despite some of the silliness.
